Shipping Policy
Free delivery for merchandise within Australia via standard post to metropolitan areas delivery is between 2 to 5 days. Regional areas may take an addition 2 - 3 days.
International shippingcharged using flat rate parcel.
International shipping can take 7 - 21 days.
Please be patient as Covid-19 issues can cause random delivery delays across the globe.
Local government taxes and duties incurred as a result of the shipment are payable by the receiver.
Return & Exchange Policy
Wondering Boy Guitars will provide you with a refund at our discretion for items that:

are faulty (unless caused by you);

have been wrongly described

are different to the goods that you ordered;
All returns must be returned to Wandering Boy Guitars within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
Returns after this period will not be accepted.
If a refund is approved, the refund will be applied to the original card of purchase.
There is no refund of original shipping charges.
Return shipping
Return shipping must be prepaid using a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery.
Wandering Boy Guitars takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries.
Return shipping charges are not refundable and to be paid by the customer.
Wandering Boy Guitars will reimburse any reasonable shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty.
